Karen Dayan is an experienced marketing executive with over 16 years of experience in enterprise product marketing, channel partner programs and digital marketing. As the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Karen is for enhancing the company’s product and strategic marketing efforts.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Karen was the Vice President of Marketing at Criteo, the global leader in personalized retargeting. She played a critical role in positioning Criteo as the leader in the performance display ecosystem, helping propel the company from $20 million to more than $200 million in worldwide revenue. Prior to Criteo, Karen spent 14 years at Microsoft in several senior management roles in the US and abroad. Karen started her career at Microsoft as one of the first 15 employees at Microsoft Israel where she led their marketing efforts, including the launch of Windows 95. She then pioneered building channel programs, as well as small and medium business go-to-market strategy for the Microsoft subsidiaries in the Middle East and Africa region. Karen was recruited to Microsoft headquarters in a business planning role for the SVP of WW Sales & Marketing. Most recently, Karen managed the marketing efforts for Microsoft’s new cloud-based enterprise solutions.
Karen received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating top of her class with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
