Team Focused on Accelerating Global Expansion Across All Product Lines Through Direct Sales and Channel Partnerships
41st Parameter, the leader in device recognition technology and a part of Experian, is pleased to announce appointment of Kathleen Peters as vice president of business development. Peters will spearhead the company's global customer acquisition efforts and the growth of its channel partner program. Prior to joining 41st Parameter Peters held senior sales and business development roles at Cellcrypt, PalmSource and PacketVideo. She will be based in San Jose and report to CEO Alan Naumann.
Peters, who has deep mobile experience, joins 41st Parameter as the company continues to focus on aggressively meeting the device recognition needs of the expanding global market. She will be supported in her efforts by an established team that includes Eli Katz and David Britton, two recognized industry leaders.
"We are incredibly happy to have Kathleen join 41st Parameter," said Naumann. "She brings valuable insights and demonstrated authority gained through years of experience. Her leadership will help our customers, prospects and partners succeed in an increasingly mobile-focused global marketplace."
Experian's 2013 acquisition of 41st Parameter has created new opportunities for the company to scale its operations around the world. Peters will be responsible for this effort and has plans to significantly ramp business in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
"Helping 41st Parameter grow its business across product lines and around the world is an exciting challenge," said Peters. "The strength of the team, the technology, the partners and the parent company give me great confidence in our success. I'm pleased to bring my experience to this already stellar organization."
In addition to her experience with Cellcrypt, PalmSource and PacketVideo, Peters also held positions with Carrier IQ, Cadence Design Systems and Motorola. She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
