The 41st Parameter Expands Management Team with Appointment of
Two Seasoned Executives
Jack Harbaugh to Head Strategic Channel Development and Ib Mussa to Lead Client Services
SCOTTSDALE, AZ. — April
4, 2007 — The 41st Parameter, a leader in agent-less client
device identification (CDI) and document masking solutions for
the online channel, today announced the appointment of two
executives to its senior management team. Jack Harbaugh joins
as vice president of business development and is responsible
for the expansion of strategic partnerships designed to create
new sales channels for the Company's Internet fraud detection
and identity theft prevention solutions. Ib Mussa serves as
vice president of client services and leads the creation and
delivery of the Company's professional services and customer
support strategies. Together, the seasoned executives bring
more than 55 years of management and industry expertise to The
41st Parameter.
Mr. Harbaugh has held senior
management roles in business development, sales, marketing and
strategic partnerships for leading technology, retail and
eCommerce organizations. Prior to joining the Company,
Harbaugh was vice president of sales for the Supply Chain
Planning Solutions division of Manhattan Associates. He was
also vice president of sales, marketing and business
development for Evant, a leading retail management software
firm, where he was instrumental in helping grow the company
from a start-up organization to its successful acquisition by
Manhattan Associates.
Mr. Mussa has held senior
management positions in client services, strategic alliances,
technology planning and operations for leading organizations
including Converge, Baan and Del Monte Foods/RJR Nabisco. At
Converge, a global electronics trading exchange, he oversaw
Asia-Pacific operations and successfully grew the business by
more than $200 million in just five years.
