Ori Eisen,
Founder, Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer
Mr. Eisen is the founder and Chairman of The 41st Parameter. He has spent the last ten years in the information technology industry, and is respected for his business knowledge and leadership. His background includes an in-depth application of innovative solutions for preventing business to consumer e-commerce fraud.
Prior to launching The 41st Parameter, Mr. Eisen served as the worldwide fraud director for American Express focusing on Internet, MOTO and counterfeit fraud. During his tenure with American Express, Mr. Eisen championed the project to enhance the American Express authorization request to include Internet specific parameters.
Prior to American Express, Mr. Eisen was the director of fraud prevention for VeriSign/Network Solutions. By developing new and innovative technologies, he skillfully reduced fraud losses by over 85 percent in just three months.
Mr. Eisen has an extensive background in developing system infrastructure and implemented solutions, and he is highly regarded in the information and payment technologies industry as a noted leader and technology innovator. Based on this reputation Mr. Eisen is often quoted by industry insiders, and receives numerous invitations to appear as a keynote speaker for industry events and conferences.
Mr. Eisen holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Montclair State University.
Robert Lewis, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of The 41st Parameter, Bob Lewis is responsible for advancing the Company's mission, strategy and day-to-day operations. With an extensive background in enterprise software and in supporting mission critical applications of top tier clients, Mr. Lewis brings expertise in operations, sales and marketing. His proven track record in building successful companies from the initial start-up stages through maturity comes after more than 22 years of industry experience in senior and executive management roles.
Mr. Lewis has unique experience and leadership in growing enterprise software companies with expertise in the financial services, e-Commerce and document imaging industries. His business acumen will be leveraged to help the company scale operations to meet growing demand for covert Internet security solutions.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lewis was CEO at Evant, a provider of retail planning, replenishment and enterprise data management software, where he was responsible for the overall strategic vision and direction of the company and daily operations. Before Evant, Lewis was CEO for Converge, a leading business-to-business global trading exchange for electronic components, computer products and networking equipment. Prior to Converge, Lewis was managing director of operations for Internet Capital Group in London, and was also executive vice president of worldwide operations for Baan Inc., Europe's second largest software company. In his early career, Lewis spent several years in sales and management roles at IBM.
As a graduate of Princeton University, Mr. Lewis has also completed graduate studies at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago Divinity School and McCormick Seminary.
Todd Lawson, Vice President of Finance
Todd Lawson is the vice president of finance for The 41st Parameter, responsible for all elements of corporate finance, human resources and administration for the company. He brings twenty years of experience in financial and accounting management.
Prior to joining The 41st Parameter, Mr. Lawson worked to strengthen the financial positions of several technology start-ups by securing early-stage and mezzanine funding. Most recently, he served as vice president of finance at Vcommerce Corporation, a leading provider of proven on-demand commerce and fulfillment software solutions to online retailers and merchants. Prior to Vcommerce, he held senior financial positions at Primarion, a mixed-signal semiconductor company, and Vivid Semiconductor, an analog display start-up.
Mr. Lawson began his 20-year financial career at Ernst & Young LLP, where he served high tech, software and real estate clients for more than 12 years and earned the position of senior manager. Mr. Lawson is a CPA and has an accounting degree from Arizona State University.
Anne Wolf, Chief Marketing Officer
Mrs. Wolf is the Chief Marketing Officer for The 41st Parameter, responsible for all aspects of company marketing, including marketing strategy, customer intelligence, corporate communications and public relations.
Mrs. Wolf brings more than two decades of technology industry experience at companies including Apple and Unisys. During her nine-year tenure with Apple she led the marketing efforts of the Education practice to over $2.3 Billion, including the launch of a $350 million software business. In addition, Ms. Wolf was a founding member of the senior management team of the world’s first personal shopping web site, MyGeek.com. She also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Mastering Computers, a training software company, where she oversaw all marketing functions, and created and executed a corporate development plan, which was instrumental in the company’s $225 million acquisition by Platinum Technologies.
Mrs. Wolf holds a bachelor of arts in Speech Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
Robert Stephan, Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Stephan is responsible for the development and management of the organization's channel strategy and strategic partner relationships, including reseller and OEM agreements for the Company's proprietary device identification and image-masking technologies.
Prior to joining The 41st Parameter, Mr. Stephan served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Thomson Netg, a worldwide leader in enterprise learning solutions. Mr. Stephan brings 20-plus years of sales management experience including executive leadership positions with Apple, KnowledgeNet, SmartForce (now SkillSoft), and Wang Laboratories.
Mr. Stephan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Stockton State College, attended the MBA Program at Monmouth University and completed the Executive Education Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Thomas C. Noyes, General Manager of Financial Services
Mr. Noyes is the General Manager of Financial Services, responsible for all aspects of growing the financial services business unit. He brings a rich variety of experience and considerable depth internationally in banking, payments, security, software, and consumer direct strategies.
Mr. Noyes joined The 41st Parameter from CitiGroup’s Global Consumer Group where he was the Managing Director and International Internet Head. In this role he managed a 60% growth of Citi’s $770MM remote Channel P & L across all product lines with over 6,000 people across 27 countries.
Previous to his role at Citigroup, Mr. Noyes was Senior Vice President and Director of online and payment services for Wachovia Corp. His team was responsible for making Wachovia the #1 Online Retail Bank in the U.S (2005).
Mr. Noyes was also Senior Director and head of Oracle Corporation’s Payment and Security National Practice and has worked with “C” level executives of the Fortune 100 companies in over 32 countries, with roles in sales, consulting and business development. In his early career Mr. Noyes worked with GartnerGroup in the development of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Mr. Noyes received his BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1987 and his MBA from the University of Houston in 1991 while he was working at NASA.
Jack Harbaugh, General Manager of eCommerce
Mr. Harbaugh is responsible for directing business strategy, driving revenue goals and continuing to improve the value proposition for the company’s eCommerce customers. As a veteran in the technology and software industries, Mr. Harbaugh brings more than 28 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and management to the organization.
Prior to joining The 41st Parameter, Mr. Harbaugh was vice president of sales, Supply Chain Planning Solutions for Manhattan Associates, a leader in the supply chain planning and execution industry. He was also the vice president of sales, marketing and business development for Evant, a leading retail management software firm, where he was instrumental in helping to grow the company from a start-up organization to its successful acquisition by Manhattan Associates.
Mr. Harbaugh received his BS from Boston University, School of Management in 1978 and his MBA from Suffolk University in 1984.
Elazar Katz, Vice President of Enterprise Strategies, Financial Services
Mr. Katz is responsible for developing risk management strategies for protecting Financial Services' Internet Estate. Mr. Katz joins The 41st Parameter from Unisys, where he created and was director of the Active Risk Monitoring Practice. The practice specialized in creating risk-monitoring "ecosystems" that detect and analyze fraud or identity theft events in real time or near real time. In this role, Mr. Katz led the design of one of the first fraud systems to continuously monitor both online and branch activities.
In his role as director of the Active Risk Monitoring practice, Mr. Katz specialized in the topic of the industrialization of fraud. He met regularly with bankers worldwide around this topic and brings a global perspective of emerging trends. Mr. Katz also participated in the FSTC anti-phishing initiative and is a current member of the APWG.
Mr. Katz has published numerous articles relating to the operational, strategic and IT implications of the automation of fraud and is quoted frequently on the subject.
David Britton, Vice President of Professional Services
Mr. Britton is responsible for our implementation and consulting initiative. As one of the very first Internet fraud investigators he played central roles in the development of cutting edge fraud prevention technologies with several leaders in the eCommerce space including OnSale.com and Egghead.com. He brings a wealth of experience to his current position and a unique insight into the criminal methodology behind Internet payment fraud.
At OnSale and Egghead, Mr. Britton was responsible for significantly reducing and maintaining some of the lowest fraud loss numbers since the companies' inception. And at a time when most merchants had not yet contemplated fraud prevention tools, he was already encouraging the implementation of an expert investigative team and the creation of systems and processes to combat fraud.
Prior to joining The 41st Parameter, Mr. Britton was a private consultant to various fraud prevention enterprises and the former director of training at CrediView, Inc., where he developed Internet fraud prevention training courses for merchant fraud and customer service teams. He has been a featured speaker at industry events, and has authored numerous papers concerning anti-fraud measures.
Raz Yalov, Vice President of Emerging Technologies
Mr. Yalov is responsible for the development and support of many of the company's new and emerging technology and products. Bringing more than 13 years of experience in the software and information technology industries, he comes with unique expertise in working with large enterprise customers and R&D teams.
Prior to joining The 41st Parameter, Mr. Yalov spent several years at Mercury in various leading positions within the R&D and managed service operations groups. While there, he had oversight of enterprise-critical IT monitoring systems and played a central role in the development of a customer-oriented R&D team. Prior to his time at Mercury, Mr. Yalov spent several years as a chief developer at Edunetics.
Mr. Yalov brings extensive knowledge of web development as well as expertise in the management of enterprise critical web traffic monitoring systems and Internet protocols.
Mr. Yalov holds a bachelor of arts in mathematics and computer science from OU University in Israel.
Ib Mussa, Vice President of Customer Advocacy
As Vice President of Customer Advocacy, Ib Mussa is a seasoned veteran in the software, services and technology industries, Mr. Mussa brings more than 30
years of client services and management expertise to the
organization.
Prior to joining The 41st Parameter,
Mr. Mussa was a senior vice president and managing director at
Converge, a global electronics trading exchange, where he oversaw
Asia-Pacific operations and successfully grew the business by more
than $200 million in just five years. Mr. Mussa also held senior
posts at Baan, a leading enterprise resource planning software firm,
where he managed the strategic alliance with Microsoft as well as
implementation support for global accounts. He also held various
management positions in technology planning, operations and support
at Del Monte Foods/RJR Nabisco.
Mr. Mussa received his B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles in 1969, and his M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine in 1971.
