The 41st Parameter Positions for Growth with Appointment of New CEO

Robert Lewis Brings More Than 22 Years of Industry Experience in Software, Financial Services and e-Commerce

SCOTTSDALE, AZ. – September 6, 2006 – The 41st Parameter, a leader in agent-less, covert fraud detection and prevention for the online channel, today announced the appointment of Robert Lewis as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Lewis is responsible for advancing the Company's mission, strategy and day-to-day operations. With more than 22 years of experience in senior management at enterprise software and systems integration organizations, he brings additional expertise in e-commerce, software, financial services and document imaging to the seasoned management team. The Company's founder, Ori Eisen, remains chairman and will maintain an active role with the Company, continuing to engage full time in developing its strategic direction while leading efforts in product innovation.

Lewis brings to The 41st Parameter a proven track record in building successful companies from the initial start-up stages through maturity. He has an extensive background in enterprise software including expertise in operations, sales and marketing. Lewis also brings depth in supporting the implementation of critical applications in large-scale global enterprises.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lewis was CEO at Evant, a provider of retail planning, replenishment and enterprise data management software, where he was responsible for the overall strategic vision and direction of the company as well as daily operations. Before Evant, Lewis was CEO for Converge, a leading business-to-business global trading exchange for electronic components, computer products and networking equipment. Prior to Converge, Lewis was managing director of operations for Internet Capital Group in London. Lewis was also executive vice president of worldwide operations for Baan Inc., Europe's second largest software company, and he spent several years in his early career in sales and management roles at IBM.
