Pete Selda, Chief Executive Officer
Pete Selda has more than 35 years experience in technology, having played key roles in sales, marketing, and executive management in startup and large corporate environments.
As a proven growth-stage Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in the security industry, Mr. Selda was most recently the President and CEO for identity-based network access control vendor Identity Engines. Under Mr. Selda's direction the company received several prominent industry accolades, including the AlwaysOn Top 100 Private Company, Red Herring Global 100 Finalist and Gartner "Cool Vendor" designations.
Before Identity Engines, Mr. Selda served as President and CEO of WholeSecurity Inc., a provider of behavior-based security and anti-phishing technology. At WholeSecurity, he built the executive team, secured more than $20 million in venture funding and led the company from incubator pre-product stage through the company's acquisition by Symantec Corporation in October 2005. Prior to WholeSecurity, he was President and CEO of Internet Dynamics, a security company focused on enterprise-class security solutions.
Further, Mr. Selda has held a variety of positions including sales management and marketing, and served as the President of MPACT EDI Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tandem. He also served as Vice President of Tandem's Clustering Software Technology OEM Business and as Tandem's Investor Relations Executive and Financial Community Spokesperson.
Mr. Selda holds a BBA from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY.

Ori Eisen, Founder, Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer
Ori Eisen has spent the last ten years in the information technology industry, and is respected for his business knowledge and leadership. His background includes an in-depth application of innovative solutions for preventing business to consumer e-commerce fraud.
Prior to launching 41st Parameter, Mr. Eisen served as the Worldwide Fraud Director for American Express focusing on Internet, MOTO and counterfeit fraud. During his tenure with American Express, Mr. Eisen championed the project to enhance the American Express authorization request to include Internet specific parameters.
Prior to American Express, Mr. Eisen was the Director of Fraud Prevention for VeriSign/Network Solutions. By developing new and innovative technologies, he skillfully reduced fraud losses by over 85 percent in just three months.
Mr. Eisen has an extensive background in developing system infrastructure and implemented solutions, and he is highly regarded in the information and payment technologies industry as a noted leader and technology innovator. Based on this reputation Mr. Eisen is often quoted by industry insiders, and receives numerous invitations to appear as a keynote speaker for industry events and conferences.
Mr. Eisen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Montclair State University.

Todd Lawson, Vice President of Finance
Todd Lawson brings over twenty years of experience in financial and accounting management to 41st Parameter and is responsible for all elements of corporate finance, human resources and administration.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Lawson worked to strengthen the financial positions of several technology start-ups by securing early-stage and mezzanine funding. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance at Vcommerce Corporation, a leading provider of proven on-demand commerce and fulfillment software solutions to online retailers and merchants. Prior to Vcommerce, he held senior financial positions at Primarion, a mixed-signal semiconductor company, and Vivid Semiconductor, an analog display start-up.
Mr. Lawson began his 20-year financial career at Ernst & Young LLP, where he served high tech, software and real estate clients for more than 12 years and earned the position of senior manager. Mr. Lawson is a CPA and has an accounting degree from Arizona State University.

Raz Yalov, Chief Technology Officer
Bringing more than 18 years of experience in the software and information technology industries, Raz Yalov comes with unique expertise in working with large enterprise customers and R&D teams.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Yalov spent several years at Mercury in various leading positions within the R&D and Managed Service Operations Groups. While there, he had oversight of enterprise-critical IT monitoring systems and played a central role in the development of a customer-oriented R&D team. Prior to his time at Mercury, Mr. Yalov spent several years as a Chief Developer at Edunetics.
Mr. Yalov brings extensive knowledge of web development as well as expertise in the management of enterprise critical web traffic monitoring systems and Internet protocols. Mr. Yalov received a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and computer science from OU University in Israel.

David Walker, Senior Vice President of Sales
David Walker is a veteran in the high technology and software industries, bringing more than 22 years of security domain expertise to the organization.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Walker was Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Field Operations, for Solidcore Systems, a leading provider of Change Control software, where he was instrumental in helping to grow the company from a start-up organization to its successful acquisition by McAfee. He was also the Vice President of Business Development for Arrowstream, Inc., a leading supply-chain and logistics optimization technology company. Mr. Walker also served as Vice President of Sales, Central and Western Regions for Verisign, Inc. where he provided leadership for the enterprise sales efforts to help prepare the company for IPO.
Mr. Walker graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Jack Harbaugh, Vice President of Business Development
As a veteran in the technology and software industries, Jack Harbaugh brings more than 28 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and management to the organization.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Harbaugh was Vice President of Sales, Supply Chain Planning Solutions for Manhattan Associates, a leader in the supply chain planning and execution industry. He was also the Vice president of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Evant, a leading retail management software firm, where he was instrumental in helping to grow the company from a start-up organization to its successful acquisition by Manhattan Associates. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Intrepid Systems, a provider of retail management solutions.
Mr. Harbaugh received his Bachelors of Science from Boston University, School of Management and his MBA from Suffolk University.

William Snow, Vice President of Engineering
Bringing more than 23 years of experience in the software and information technology industries, William Snow has led engineering teams at numerous start-ups and has also led large, complex projects at companies such as Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, and IBM.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Snow served as the Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Identity Engines, an Enterprise security start-up acquired by Nortel Networks where he was responsible for hardware and software development, manufacturing operations, customer advocacy, IT and QA.
Mr. Snow previously served as Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems where he was responsible for all routing and high availability features of the CRS-1. Prior, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Nortel Networks where he was responsible for all engineering development, QA, customer advocacy, and product management for the Centillion line of ATM LAN switches. He also served in multiple management roles for the group in IBM, which brought TCP/IP and Internet products into the IBM divisions.
Mr. Snow brings an extensive, broad mix of business knowledge in the development of enterprise software. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. William also received a Master of Science in Electrical / Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, both from Stanford University.

Roy Chua, Vice President of Product and Marketing
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Roy Chua was most recently Founder and Vice President of Product Management at Identity Engines, an Enterprise security start-up acquired by Nortel Networks. At Identity Engines, Mr. Chua directed product vision and platform direction, and was instrumental in securing key customers including Northrop Grumman, SAP, Putnam Investments as well as top healthcare and educational institutions. Prior to Identity Engines, Mr. Chua was Director of Product Marketing at Spirent Communications, a leading network test and measurement vendor, and was responsible for its web and security product lines. He arrived at Spirent through the acquisition of Caw Networks where, as a founding team member, was responsible for managing the line of Avalanche⢠products from concept to reality, picking up 5 prestigious product awards (including 3 NetWorld+Interop Best of Show), and taking the product to a $30M+ annual run-rate in less than 3 years despite a significant downturn in the telecommunications sector. The Avalanche⢠product line is used by major security and network vendors including Cisco and Juniper as well as major enterprises such as Deutsche Bank, eBay, Walmart, and Bank of America.
Mr. Chua has also worked in marketing management and engineering positions at Auspex Systems, Cisco Systems and iChat/Acuity.
Mr. Chua received his MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

David Britton, Vice President of Industry Solutions
As one of the very first Internet fraud investigators, David Britton played central roles in the development of cutting edge fraud prevention technologies with several leaders in the E-Commerce space including OnSale.com and Egghead.com. He brings a wealth of experience to his current position and a unique insight into the criminal methodology behind Internet payment fraud.
At OnSale and Egghead, Mr. Britton was responsible for significantly reducing and maintaining some of the lowest fraud loss numbers since the companies' inception. And at a time when most merchants had not yet contemplated fraud prevention tools, he was already encouraging the implementation of an expert investigative team and the creation of systems and processes to combat fraud.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Britton was a private consultant to various fraud prevention enterprises and the former director of training at CrediView, Inc., where he developed Internet fraud prevention training courses for merchant fraud and customer service teams. He has been a featured speaker at industry events, and has authored numerous papers concerning anti-fraud measures.

Eli Katz, Vice President of Enterprise Strategies, Finance
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Eli Katz created and was director of the Active Risk Monitoring Practice at Unisys. The practice specialized in creating risk-monitoring "ecosystems" that detect and analyze fraud or identity theft events in real time or near real time. In this role, Mr. Katz led the design of one of the first fraud systems to continuously monitor both online and branch activities.
In his role as director of the Active Risk Monitoring practice, Mr. Katz specialized in the topic of the industrialization of fraud. He met regularly with bankers worldwide around this topic and brings a global perspective of emerging trends. Mr. Katz also participated in the FSTC anti-phishing initiative and is a current member of the APWG.
Mr. Katz has published numerous articles relating to the operational, strategic and IT implications of the automation of fraud and is quoted frequently on the subject.

David Curran, Vice President, EMEA
David Curran brings more than twenty years of pan-European experience starting and growing high-velocity sales and channel operations for venture-backed software companies.
During his career he has established and developed EMEA sales organizations for six software companies with two achieving successful initial public offerings and two others strategic acquisitions. Most recently Mr. Curran served as Vice President of International Sales at information security solution provider Ounce Labs which was acquired by IBM in June 2009.
Mr. Curran received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and his Master of Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic University.

Matthew Lane, Vice President of Global Solutions Engineering
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Matt Lane was the Fraud Prevention Manager at Network Solutions where he was responsible for company-wide fraud prevention policies and activities; and conceptualized, designed and coded new algorithms within proprietary software in response to emerging fraud patterns. He also served as the Lead Fraud Prevention Investigator for Verisign, Inc. where he worked to implement and employ new fraud detection technology while reducing fraud levels by 90 percent. Mr. Lane also analyzed daily transaction data to detect emerging fraud patterns and built requirements for new fraud initiatives.
Because of his comprehensive understanding of online fraud prevention best practices, Mr. Lane has been invited to work with government agencies as a fraud prevention expert. Likewise, he has been the featured speaker at several industry events, including Merchant Risk Council and Fraud Prevention Roundtables.
Mr. Lane received his Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University with a degree cum laude in Anthropology and a Minor in Criminal Justice.

Tim Thompson, Managing Director, UK and Israel
Tim Thompson is responsible for directing growth in the regions, market strategy and operations. Tim brings over 15 years experience in the software industry, successfully developing new markets in both start-up and large enterprise solution providers serving the largest retailers, E-Commerce and Financial Services companies.
Prior to joining 41st Parameter, Mr. Thompson served as Director of Sales at Manhattan Associates for UK and EMEA for IP Solutions. He also served as EMEA Sales and Operations Director for Evant where he opened the UK office and grew the European division from the ground up. Tim was also a key part of the rapid growth of Retek (now Oracle Retail), and facilitated its becoming a major player in the enterprise software industry. Tim has also held senior roles at IBM and Comshare.
Mr. Thompson graduated from London University with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Mathematics and Computer Science.
